Adjustable Rod Holder Manufacturing Process

1. Design & Tooling: 
   Engineers create 3D CAD drawings for the tube, clamp, liner, and stopper. Molds for PP parts and jigs for assembly are produced after verifying rail fit between 19–26mm.
2. Material Preparation: 
   304 or 316 stainless steel tubes are cut with automatic tube cutters and deburred by belt grinders. Clamp blanks are stamped, and PP resin is dried before injection molding.
3. Machining: 
   CNC machines process clamp joints and bolt holes. Tube slots are laser-cut for precision, and all metal parts are ultrasonically cleaned to remove oil and dust.
4. Surface Treatment: 
   Stainless parts are polished in a tumbler, then passivated in acid solution to improve corrosion resistance. Each piece is air-dried and checked for uniform finish.
5. Injection Molding: 
   PP liners and stoppers are molded using injection machines. Mold temperature and pressure are controlled to ensure consistent shape and thickness.
6. Assembly: 
   Workers fit liners and stoppers into tubes, then attach clamps and bolts using pneumatic tools. Each holder is tested on a sample rail to check adjustment and grip.
7. Quality Inspection: 
   Dimensions are measured with calipers, and torque is tested with digital meters. Salt spray and functional rotation tests verify corrosion resistance and performance.
8. Packaging: 
   Approved holders are wrapped with protective film and packed in individual boxes or OEM cartons. Each carton includes a QC label and is palletized for shipment.
