The rubber mesh is inspected for tears, uneven coating, exposed edges and weak attachment points. Sample testing evaluates mesh breaking strength and attachment security, with acceptance limits established according to the approved mesh material and product specifications.

Frame Corrosion Resistance

Aluminum frames and their surface finishes are inspected for scratches, coating defects and exposed areas. Representative samples undergo a 48-hour salt spray test to evaluate corrosion resistance and surface finish durability against the specified acceptance criteria.
