Collapsible Fishing Net Manufacturing Processes

Material Preparation: High-quality aluminum tubes and soft rubber mesh are prepared. Tubes are cut to length and inspected for surface accuracy, while rubber mesh sheets are trimmed according to hoop size.
Frame Forming and Welding: Aluminum tubes are bent into triangular or oval shapes with hydraulic machines. The ends are TIG welded for strength, and the frames are polished to remove burrs.
Surface Treatment: The frames are anodized or powder-coated to improve corrosion resistance and create a smooth finish suitable for saltwater environments.
Mesh Cutting and Edge Binding: Rubber mesh is die-cut and reinforced along the edges by stitching or heat sealing. Each mesh is checked for elasticity and smoothness before assembly.
Frame and Mesh Assembly: The treated frames are fitted with rubber mesh and secured with stainless steel wire rings. Foldable models are equipped with hinge joints for easy opening and closing.
