   We source 420 stainless steel for the blade and certified hardwood or TPR for the handle. All materials are traced to approved suppliers to ensure stable production quality.
2. Blanking and Profiling: 
   The blade blanks are cut or stamped into the 6-inch profile. This step shapes the thin flex zones needed for accurate filleting.
3. Heat Treatment: 
   Each blade is hardened and tempered to reach the required hardness and toughness. Controlled heat treatment maintains proper flexibility and edge durability.
4. Grinding and Edge Thinning:
